About Riverley
Riverley is an independent desktop software product operated from Vietnam. These terms apply to the Riverley website, browser demo, and desktop app.
Use of Riverley
Riverley may be used for lawful personal and commercial writing work. You are responsible for your writing, your local files, your backups, and the security of your license key.
Purchases
Riverley is sold as a one-time purchase. Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Prices, available discounts, taxes, payment methods, receipts, and license delivery are handled at checkout.
License
Your use of the desktop app is also governed by the License Terms. One license key is intended for one purchaser and may be activated on up to 3 devices owned or controlled by that purchaser.
Updates and support
A Riverley purchase includes future updates, including major releases. Release timing and platform availability may vary. Email support is available while the product is maintained, with an initial response target of within 3 business days.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed individually under the Refund Policy.
Limitations
Riverley is provided without a guarantee that it will fit every workflow, device, or environment. Keep current backups of important work. To the extent permitted by law, Riverley is not responsible for indirect loss or loss caused by failure to maintain backups.
